1. General
These Terms of Service govern relations between the provider (Great Lab s.r.o., business ID: XXXXXXXX) and the client (a natural or legal person using the services).
2. Scope of services
Great Lab provides web application development (Engine), content management (CMS), hosting, CDN, consulting and support.
3. Agreement
A binding agreement arises by client acceptance of the price quote, email order confirmation, and payment of the deposit per the agreed schedule.
4. Payment terms
Schedule typically 30/40/30 (deposit/progress/final). Invoice maturity 14 days from issue. Late payment carries interest at the CNB rate + 4%. Prices exclude VAT (21% VAT added).
5. Rights and obligations
The provider commits to performing the work with professional care, meeting agreed deadlines, maintaining confidentiality, and handling data per GDPR.
The client commits to paying per schedule, providing cooperation (content, access, feedback), and complying with service terms.
6. Intellectual property
Engine code is Great Lab IP (proprietary license). Client content (text, images, data) remains the client property. The domain is the client property.
The client receives a non-exclusive license to use Engine on their deployment.
7. Liability
Great Lab is liable for Engine functionality per specification, GDPR data protection, and SLA compliance for the active tier.
Great Lab is not liable for client-provided content, outages caused by third parties (Cloudflare, Railway), or indirect damages exceeding work value.
8. Termination
The agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement, written notice (3 months), or withdrawal upon material breach.
After termination the client can export data (CMS dump, DB dump, media). Migration to own hosting is offered as a separate service.
9. Final provisions
Relations are governed by Czech law. Disputes are resolved by the competent Czech court. The effective date is shown in the document footer when reviewing in the admin UI.
